Job summary

Ability WA invites an Occupational Therapist to join a supportive multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on Early Childhood Intervention with families and schools, offering flexibility to shape your day and a manageable caseload.

You’ll work across hub and community settings, collaborating with clinicians and leaders to deliver evidence-based therapy and promote meaningful outcomes for children with complex needs.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• AHPRA registration.
• Experience with Early Childhood Intervention.
• Driver’s Licence and ability to travel for community visits.
• Required checks: NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children, National Police Clearance, First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy to people living with disability.
• Manage your caseload with flexibility to shape your day.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team using the key worker model.
• Provide therapy across hub and community settings.
• Work closely with families, schools, hospitals and other support networks.
• Champion continuous improvement, reflective practice and quality outcomes.
• For experienced therapists, mentor and support less experienced clinicians.
