South East Water seeks an experienced OT Cyber Delivery Specialist to strengthen cyber security, resilience and operational integrity across our OT environment in Victoria, Australia. You will work hands-on with SCADA, RTUs and PLCs, partnering with engineers and vendors to drive secure remote access, network segmentation, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Hands-on OT engineering within utilities or critical infrastructure.
• Experience configuring, programming and commissioning RTUs/PLCs.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA platforms and historian systems.
• Knowledge of DNP3 and DNP3 Secure Authentication (DNP3-SA).
• Experience partnering with operators and vendors on OT projects.

Responsibilities

• Configure, program, commission and troubleshoot RTUs, PLCs and OT equipment.
• Deliver upgrades, migrations and cutovers across OT environments.
• Administer SCADA and historian platforms (GeoSCADA, PI Historian).
• Troubleshoot telemetry, communications, alarms and control system performance.
• Configure industrial protocols and secure remote access for OT networks.
• Collaborate with engineers, cyber specialists and vendors to deliver secure OT solutions.
