Job summary
South East Water is seeking an experienced OT Cyber Delivery Specialist to strengthen cyber security and operational resilience of our OT environment. This hands-on role covers industrial control systems, SCADA, telemetry networks and field devices across water services.
You will configure RTUs/PLCs, deliver upgrades, and support IT/OT security practices while ensuring safe, reliable operations. A strong background in OT security and stakeholder collaboration is essential.
Qualifications
- Hands-on OT engineering in utilities or critical infrastructure.
- Experience configuring RTUs and PLCs.
- Knowledge of industrial control systems and telemetry.
- Experience with SCADA platforms, GeoSCADA preferred.
- Experience with PI Historian.
- Knowledge of DNP3 and DNP3-SA.
Responsibilities
- Configure, program, and troubleshoot RTUs, PLCs in the field.
- Deliver upgrades and migrations across OT environments.
- Administer SCADA and historian platforms.
- Troubleshoot telemetry, alarms, and end-to-end control.
- Support secure remote access and privileged access controls.
- Collaborate with engineers and vendors to deliver secure OT solutions.
