Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for Occupational Therapy to elevate therapy services across our hubs. You will mentor colleagues, promote evidence-based practice, and help participants achieve meaningful outcomes.

The role requires a degree in OT, current AHPRA registration, and at least three years of clinical experience, with a passion for developing others and working collaboratively within our inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Holds OT degree and current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 3 years' clinical OT experience.
• Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in community-based or disability settings; NDIS experience advantageous.
• Committed to mentoring, coaching and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentoring and guidance to therapists, including those early in their careers.
• Champion evidence-based practices and new initiatives from leadership.
• Facilitate learning and development to upskill the team.
• Collaborate to meet clinical targets and improve participant outcomes.
