As the Osteo Arthritis Prehabilitation Program, Service Coordinator Service you will be responsible for the daily operational management of a specialist multidisciplinary team that provides integrated assessment, intervention, education and support to patients in the Barwon region living with Osteoarthritis who would benefit from support to make healthy lifestyle changes in order to prevent the need for joint replacement.
