YMCA South Australia is seeking an OSHC Service Director for Pennington School R-6 OSHC. This part-time role offers 36 hours per week, leading a passionate team to deliver high-quality care and development programs for children.

Qualifications

• Experience in OSHC settings with leadership responsibilities.
• First Aid in Education and Care setting knowledge.
• RRHAN-EC training completed or willing to obtain.
• National Police Check and Working With Children Check are required.
• Leadership experience in staff development and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the OSHC team to deliver high-quality care and education.
• Oversee care, recreation, and leisure programs for children.
• Inspire ongoing professional development and best-practice sharing.
• Ensure safeguarding and staffing standards are upheld.
