Job summary

TeamKids Port Melbourne is seeking an experienced OSHC leader to grow with a new service, lead a team, and build strong relationships with the school and families while delivering a safe, engaging program before and after school.

You'll oversee a dynamic team, ensure compliance, and create enriching experiences for primary-aged children, with support from a Mentor and Regional Manager. This is a part-time role with flexible admin hours, including work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• Experienced OSHC leader overseeing a team and implementing safe, engaging programs.
• Ability to build strong relationships with schools and families.
