Job summary

TheTheirCare Pty OSHC program in Berry is hiring Outside of School Hours Care Educators to deliver safe, inclusive, and engaging activities before and after school and during holidays.

This role offers hybrid work options, training, flexible shifts (early mornings and afternoons), and opportunities for career growth. A relevant childcare qualification and working with children checks are required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare is ideal.
• Working towards or completed ACECQA approved qualification.
• Valid Working with Children Check in your state.
• HLTAID012 First Aid in a childcare setting desirable.
• Mandatory reporting and food safety certificates relevant to state.

Responsibilities

• Help children feel safe, included, and heard.
• Deliver engaging, creative activities for OSHC and holiday programs.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive environment for children and families.
• Be open, caring and engaged with the team to support the mission.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Previous experience in the childcare industry is ideal.
• Working towards or have completed an ACECQA approved qualification.
• EmployeeWorking with Children’s Checkvalid in your relevant state.
• Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting (Desirable)
• National Child Safety Training Certificate via Gecko.
• Required Mandatory reporting & Food Safety certificates in your relevant state
• Availability requirements: 6:30am-9:00am, 2:30pm-6:30pm & Optional 6-8 hour shifts during school holidays.
