The YMCA NSW is seeking an OSHC Educator to create a safe, engaging environment for children before/after school and during vacation care. You will plan activities, build relationships with families and colleagues, and support each child’s wellbeing within a diverse, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent progress.
• Experience with OSHC settings is desirable.
• Commitment to child safety and inclusive practice.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities for OSHC.
• Create a safe, inclusive environment for children.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and staff.
• Support children's wellbeing and development.
• Maintain documentation and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team to deliver high-quality care and education.
• Adhere to safeguarding and National Quality Framework guidelines.
