The YMCA Queensland invites applications for a casual Educator role in our Outside School Hours Care program. You will supervise and engage primary school children before and after school, and during vacations, fostering a safe, inclusive and fun environment where kids grow in confidence and creativity.

Ideal candidates hold a Cert III or Diploma in Children’s Services (or be studying) and have current First Aid/CPR plus a Paid Blue Card, with a passion for learning through play and social

Qualifications

• Holding or studying towards a Cert III or Diploma in Children’s Services or similar.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• A valid Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).

Responsabilités

• Supervise and engage children in Before & After School sessions.
• Run or assist with Vacation Care activities.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive space where all children feel safe and supported.
• Promote children's wellbeing, confidence and friendships through play.
