Job summary

TeamKids is hiring a Casual Educator for OSHC programs in The Oaks, NSW. You will work with a friendly team to run activities before and after school and during holidays, ensuring safe, engaging experiences for children aged 5–12.

No two days are the same: join excursions, themed days, and hands-on learning while developing your skills and confidence in child care. Flexible shifts support study and other commitments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in before/after school care is preferred but not essential.
• Passionate about helping children thrive.
• Confident communicator with children, parents and colleagues.
• Team player and proactive in activities.

Responsibilities

• Support children aged 5–12 with learning, play and safety.
• Assist with excursions, incursions and themed days.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver structured activities.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment.
