Job summary

TeamKids is hiring casual Educators for the North Ryde area to support Before and After School Care programs. You will join a team of educators delivering engaging activities for children aged 5–12, with a focus on safety and inclusion.

Flexible shifts include before/after school hours and holiday blocks. Experience in OSHC or childcare is preferred, and ACECQA-approved qualifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• In prior OSHC/childcare roles, you understand group dynamics and safety.
• You are enthusiastic about supporting children's learning through play.
• You communicate clearly with children, parents and colleagues.
• Experience in before/after school care is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support team to deliver OSHC programs and activities.
• Engage children aged 5–12 with creative and physical activities.
• Assist with daily routines and safety protocols.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive environment for all children.
