Job summary

TheirCare is seeking an Outside of School Hours Care Educator in Lara, Victoria to join a dedicated team. You will support children before and after school, bringing energy and creativity to daily programs and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment.

The role emphasizes safety, learning, and meaningful connections with children, families and staff, with opportunities for ongoing training and career development within a values-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in the childcare industry is ideal.
• Working towards or have completed an ACECQA approved qualification.
• Working with Children’s Check valid in your state.
• HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting (Desirable)
• National Child Safety Training Certificate via Gecko
• Mandatory reporting & Food Safety certificates in your state
• Availability: 6:30am-9:00am, 2:30pm-6:30pm; Optional 6-8 hour shifts during school holidays.
