Your OSHC Educator role with TheirCare Pty is to create safe, engaging, and inclusive activities for children before and after school and during holidays. You will help children feel heard and supported, bringing energy and creativity to every program while upholding high safety and child-protection standards.

We value ongoing training, opportunities for traineeships, and a strong support network, including wellbeing resources through our Employee Assistance Program.

Competenze

• Previous experience in the childcare industry is ideal.
• Working towards or have completed an ACECQA approved qualification.
• Employee Working with Children’s Check valid in your relevant state.
• HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting (Desirable).
• National Child Safety Training Certificate via Gecko.
• Required Mandatory reporting & Food Safety certificates in your relevant state.
• Availability requirements: 6:30am-9:00am, 2:30pm-6:30pm & Optional 6-8 hour shifts during school holidays.
