Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking an OSHC Permanent Educator to work at Beaumont Road OSHClub in Killara, NSW. You’ll build relationships with families, children, your team, and the wider school community, with occasional support for nearby services.

Shifts are after school: 2:30pm–6:00pm, 17.5 hours per week, 5 afternoons minimum, plus extra hours in school holidays. The role offers competitive pay and a pathway to leadership within JAG.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in educational or care settings.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow supervision.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a national police check and Working with Children check.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and supervision after school and during holidays as needed.
• Engage children through activities and build trusted relationships.
• Maintain safety and uphold child protection policies.

Job description

As an OSHC Permanent Educator, you'll work at Beaumont Road OSHClub located in Killara , giving you the opportunity to build ongoing relationships with the families, children, your team, and the wider school community. From time to time, you may also have the opportunity to support nearby services across the region when additional support is needed.

Weekly shifts and hours: 17.5 hours per week, across Monday - Friday after school 2:30pm-6:00pm shift. Extra hours available during school holidays too! The minimum availability for this role is 5 afternoons per week.
