• Demonstrated ability to support planning, implementing and evaluating inclusive childcare programs.
• Ability to work with a team of educators to provide a safe, stimulating environment.
• Knowledge of National Quality Standards and FSAC requirements.

• Assist with planning and implementation of high-quality OSHC and Vacation Care programs.
• Support supervision and leadership of educators to ensure safety and engagement.
