Job summary

TeamKids in Randwick, NSW, is seeking a Director of Service (Coordinator) to lead an OSHC program for primary-aged children. You’ll supervise staff, plan engaging activities, and build strong ties with the school and community while ensuring safety and compliance.

This permanent, full-time role offers flexible admin hours from home between service times, mentorship from a Regional Manager, and the chance to grow within a supported team that values wellbeing, professional development, and equal

Qualifications

• Diploma qualifications or ECT qualification required.
• Natural leadership with a passion for teaching children.
• Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN!
• Mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko before commencing.
