Zig Zags OSHC is a well-established WA local family owned business, providing quality before school, after school and vacation care programmes, with all of our services located in the Northern Suburbs of Perth on school grounds.

The Opportunity

Due to company expansion we have an opportunity available for a passionate OSHC Coordinator/Supervisor to join our team.

Permanent positions Monday-Friday before school, after school and vacation care located on school grounds.

A flexible work schedule may be considered for the right candidate. This may include the ability to work between 2 to 5 days a week during before school, after school and vacation care hours.

6 Hours non-contact paid administration time to support your service. Administration time is flexible to support your work life balance.

Full support provided by your Area Manager and the Head Office Team. You will receive a thorough onboarding experience, including a structured induction program and hands-on shadowing with an experienced Area Manager.

Attractive pay - you'll receive competitive above award wages, 6 hours non-contact administration time paid, plus paid meetings, additional allowances for split shifts and laundry.

What You'll Need
  • Degree or diploma in children’s studies covering the age range of 4-14 years under the Australian Qualifications Framework
  • Completed a minimum of 50 per cent and continuing study towards completion of the relevant degree or diploma
  • Cert III (CHC30121) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care, Cert III (CHC30221) or IV School Based Education Support, Cert III (10983NAT) or IV Outside School Hours Care or working towards
  • Degree or diploma in recreation, sport science, leisure studies, social and behavioural science, nursing or allied health
  • First aid, anaphylaxis and asthma certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Current WWCC and national police clearance
  • Knowledge of ACECQA regulations and "My Time Our Place" framework
  • Good administrative and organisational skills
  • WA Drivers Licence and own transport
