OSHC Coordinator - Pakenham Hills Primary School
  • Permanent part time opportunity - 30 - 36 hours per week.
  • Earn up to $35 per hour + up to $3500 of allowances annually!

ABOUT THE ROLE:
  • Have the opportunity to lead your own OSHC service and support local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their child.
  • Create engaging programs with industry leading programming tools!
  • Be the face of TheirCare and create positive relationships within the school community.
  • Mentor your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
  • Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager.
  • Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
  • Hours:6.30am - 9.00am & 2.15pm - 6.30pm + 3 weekly administration hours
  • Monday to Friday- no weekend work!

ABOUT YOU:
  • You are an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships.
  • Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification, including but not limited to, studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services. For the full list of ACECQA recognised qualifications in your state, please visit www.acecqa.gov.au
  • EmployeeWorking with Children’s Checkvalid in the relevant state.
  • Willing to obtain validHLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.
  • Willing to obtain National Criminal History Check.
