Job summary

Junior Adventures Group seeks an OSHC Coordinator in Wantirna South to lead a team of Educators and run a before- and after-school program for 5–12-year-olds. You’ll manage rosters, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks in a collaborative setting.

With regional manager support and paid training, you’ll develop leadership skills and contribute to a strong service culture, while enjoying a balanced schedule on a fixed part-time roster.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of Educators.
• Willing to obtain national police check (covered by us).
• State working-with-children check required.
• National Child Safety Training completed prior to onboarding (via Gecko).
• Diploma-level qualification in VIC per ACECQA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic, child-centered before- and after-school program.
• Oversee roster, day-to-day operations, compliance and admin tasks.
• Mentor the team with regional manager support and office back-up.
