Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking an OSHC Casual Educator to work mainly at Wheeler Heights Primary OSHCare, building lasting relationships with families, children, and the school community. There may be occasional opportunities to support nearby services across the region.

Shifts are before/after school with extra hours in school holidays; a minimum availability of 3 afternoons per week is required. Competitive hourly pay with super and a supportive team culture await.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for working with children.
• A team player with aspirations to grow and learn in the role.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!).
• State working-with-children check.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)

Responsibilities

• Provide OSHC services at Wheeler Heights Primary OSHCare.
• Build ongoing relationships with families, children, the team and the school community.
• Occasionally support nearby services across the region when needed.
• Work regular shifts Monday to Friday before/after school; minimum 3 afternoons per week.
