Job summary

Hiring flexible OSHC staff for Helping Hands Baringa, offering morning and afternoon shifts designed to fit around study, family commitments, or other responsibilities.

Earn AUD 33–47 per hour with super, plus extra pay for split shifts and a supportive team culture. Opportunities for training and career growth within JAG as an Assistant Coordinator or Coordinator, plus referral rewards and family-friendly benefits.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for working with children.
• Must be available for at least 3 afternoon shifts per week.

• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (we will cover).
• State working-with-children check.

• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).

Responsibilities

Pick up shifts across the services open hours:

• Morning Shift: 6:00am – 9:00am Monday - Friday (Rise then Shine Program)
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 6:00pm Monday - Friday (Stay and Play Program)
• Extra Hours available during school holidays!
