Job summary

Big Childcare is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Casual OSHC Educators to join our Heathdale Christian College program at Werribee. We are a family-owned OSHC provider with a strong reputation across Australia for quality care.

You will work before and after school and during vacation care, supervising activities, leading games and crafts, and helping plan age-appropriate programs in a safe, inclusive environment. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Valid Working With Children Check (WA) required.
• Experience in OSHC or childcare preferred.
• Currently studying toward or holding an ACECQA approved qualification.
• Availability for morning and afternoon split shifts.
• Department of Education Criminal History Clearance within 6 months or willingness to obtain.
• Full Australian working rights.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Casual OSHC Educators to join our team in the Heathdale Christian College, Werribee.

About the Role

As an OSHC Educator, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for children before school, after school and during vacation care programs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and engaging children in fun, educational and recreational activities
• Leading games, sports, arts, crafts and cooking experiences
• Assisting with planning age-appropriate programs
• Setting up and packing down activities and food service areas
• Maintaining a safe, inclusive and supportive environment

You are energetic, caring and passionate about working with children. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to providing quality care.

Essential Requirements
