Calvary OSHC is seeking an experienced OSHC Assistant Manager to lead a dedicated team in providing quality out-of-school-hours care for Prep to Year 7 students. The role focuses on educational programming, shift leadership, inclusion support, and Vacation Care planning, with the OSHC Manager as a close partner in daily operations.

The successful candidate will hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, maintain a current Working with Children Check, and possess or commit to essential

Competenze

• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
• Flexibility as hours vary during vacation care periods
• Leadership and management to guide Educators, support families, manage resources and lead shifts
• OSHC Educational Program planning aligned with My Time, Our Place
• First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certification or ability to obtain
• Christian mission alignment; pastoral reference preferred

Mansioni

• Support the OSHC Manager in day-to-day operations of the Service
• Lead the Educational Program, practical program leadership and shift leadership
• Provide inclusion support and Vacation Care planning
• Act as second-in-charge in the OSHC Manager’s absence
• Ensure quality of care, documentation and service delivery aligned with College policies and regulatory requirements
