This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role where you’ll shape culture, drive quality, and make a genuine difference in the lives of children and your team.

With our current Assistant Coordinator preparing to retire, you’ll have the opportunity to take the next step in your leadership journey at a long-standing Exceeding-rated service with an experienced team, consistent leadership and strong relationships with children, families and the school community. You won’t be walking into a service that needs rebuilding. Instead, you’ll be joining a service with a proud history and a strong foundation already in place.

This is a permanent, part-time role (28.75 hours per week), working across split shifts Monday to Friday.

Shift Hours:

  • Rise Then Shine: 6:30am – 8:45am

  • Stay and Play: 2:30pm – 6:00pm

  • School Holidays: Block shifts between 6:30am – 6:00pm

Why You'll Love Working With Us
  • Work-Life Balance: Our split shift model gives you your middle of the day back, so you can study, manage family life, or enjoy personal time.

  • Competitive Pay: $39 - $42 per hour including allowances + super, rewarding the important role you play every day.

  • Onsite Coordinator Support: Leading a service doesn't mean doing it alone. Your Coordinator will provide coaching, guidance and practical support every step of the way.

  • Career Growth & Development: Build your leadership skills through paid training and clear pathways to progress within JAG as a Coordinator, Service Manager or Support Office team member.

  • Referral Rewards: Earn $1,000 cash for every successful referral and help us grow our exceptional team.

  • Family-Friendly Support: Access paid parental leave (10 weeks) and up to 50% off childcare fees, supporting you and your family now and in the future.

  • Health, Wellbeing & Lifestyle Benefits: Access discounted gym & wellbeing memberships, health insurance and retail savings, helping your money go further.
