Job summary

TeamKids is seeking a dedicated Second in Charge (2IC) at our Fraser service to lead before and after school care programs. You’ll work closely with the Director of Service to deliver high-quality care, engage with children, and build strong relationships with families.

The role suits someone passionate about childcare leadership, with a Diploma (or working towards ACECQA standards). Training is provided, and you’ll thrive in a supportive, dynamic team committed to safety and growth of every

Qualifications

Experience in OSHC or education preferred, but training provided.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a positive, can-do attitude.
Strong communication with children, parents and staff to foster engagement and safety.
Diploma qualification per ACECQA standards or working towards it.

Responsibilities

Engage with the school community, attending events, assemblies.
Assist with creating and implementing enriching experiences based on children’s preferences.
Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
Play and have fun with primary school aged children.
Support ensuring the program complies with industry regulations.
