Job summary

TeamKids is seeking a Second in Charge (2IC) to lead and support the oslc program at the Mount Duneed service. The role is part-time and offers hands-on leadership in a warm, welcoming environment for children and families.

You’ll collaborate with the Director and school community to deliver high-quality care, create memorable experiences, and ensure compliance with safety standards and ACECQA guidelines. Prior OSHC or education experience is helpful but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification (ACECQA standard) or working towards it.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the school community, attending events and assemblies.
• Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on children’s preferences.
• Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
• Ensure program compliance with industry regulations.
