TeamKids is seeking a motivated Second in Charge (2IC) to support the Director of Service in delivering high-quality OSHC care in Roselands NSW. This part-time role offers hands-on leadership, program delivery, and collaboration with families and school staff.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in childcare or education settings preferred.
• Strong communication with children, parents, and school staff.
• Demonstrated teamwork and positive, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support Director of Service in daily operations and program delivery.
• Lead childcare activities and routines for before/after school care.
• Collaborate with parents, children, and school principals to ensure high-quality care.
