Metro North Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse for Scrub/Scout in Orthopaedics. You will work in our orthopaedic operating theatres alongside a multidisciplinary team, applying advanced nursing skills to support patients through a broad range of procedures.

The role includes mentoring colleagues, coordinating care in complex cases, and contributing to quality improvements that enhance patient outcomes. You will be encouraged to deliver consumer/patient centred care and participate in ongoing

• Maintain current knowledge and competence within scope of position.
• Apply advanced clinical nursing expertise including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver high standard patient-centred care.
• Respond appropriately to changes in health status using advanced nursing assessment and intervention skills.
• Provide teaching to consumers/patients and their families to facilitate learning and independence.
• Support an evidence-based learning environment and participate in learning activities for self and others.
