Job summary

Marvel Orthodontics is seeking a Dental Assistant (Orthodontics) to support our specialist orthodontist chairside. You will help with instrument setup, materials, and maintaining a calm, clean environment for patients.

You will assist with chairside duties, take clinical records and digital scans, and help with stock, lab work and scheduling. Training is provided for orthodontic specifics and radiography as needed.

Qualifications

• If possible, some chairside experience; training provided if not.
• Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting and radiography licence preferred.
• Reliable, organised, proactive approach and great patient service.
• Right to work in Australia for the offered hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontist chairside, set up instruments and materials.
• Keep patients comfortable and informed before, during and after visits.
• Maintain infection control, sterilisation and room turnover.
• Take clinical records and digital scans (training provided).
• Help the clinic day run smoothly: stock, lab work and scheduling flow.
