To support the management, implementation, and facilitation of a diverse portfolio of Organisational Development (OD) initiatives that drive positive workforce culture and organisational capability across NSW Health Pathology.
The role provides comprehensive project management, high-level administration, and delivery support across key priorities - including staff engagement, values and behaviors, capability frameworks, and performance development.
Working collaboratively within the Organisational Development team, the incumbent ensures project execution while actively role-modeling the organisation’s RITE values.
