Job summary

Central Highlands Rural Health in Sunbury, VIC, invites an Organisational Development Manager to shape leadership, capability and culture across campuses. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will design and deliver leadership programs, coach leaders and facilitate workshops to advance Best Care for every person, every time.

This part-time role (40 hours per fortnight) offers a hybrid arrangement with regular onsite presence, enabling meaningful connection with executive leaders

This is a unique opportunity to join Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) as our Organisational Development Manager and lead the next stage of our organisational capability, leadership and culture journey.

Reporting directly to the Director of People & Culture, you will play a pivotal role in delivering CHRH's commitment to providing Best Care for every person, every time through the development of exceptional leaders, engaged teams and high-performing workforce.

This position offers flexibility through hybrid working arrangement, while recognising that organisational development is fundamentally a people-focused discipline. The role requires regular onsite presence to build relationships, coach leaders, facilitate workshops and deliver leadership programs across CHRH's campuses.

Details of Appointment:

Salary: $57.59 per hour (HS6 classification)

Employment Type: Part-time (ongoing) 40 hours per fortnight
