Job summary

Programmed is seeking Warehouse Pickers for a leading beverage distribution client in WA. This long-term role offers a fast-paced environment, paired training, and a 9am–6pm Monday–Friday schedule with overtime and weekend work as required.

You will perform picking, packing and dispatch duties, operate an RF scanning system, and navigate a cold warehouse (3°C). A valid driver’s licence is required to access site.

Qualifications

• Physically fit for repetitive manual handling.
• Comfortable working in a cold environment (3°C).
• Able to adapt quickly to fast-paced warehouse tasks.
• Has prior picking/warehouse experience.
• Must hold a valid driver’s licence to access site.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack beverage orders using RF scanning.
• Ride a ride-on pallet jack through the warehouse.
• Stack pallets safely and wrap them for dispatch.
• Work in a cold environment and follow safety procedures.

We're recruiting Warehouse Pickers for our leading client in beverage distribution - supplying milk, juice, cream and more to businesses across WA.

This is a long-term opportunity for the right person who enjoys fast-paced work and hitting targets

Pay

$33.05 per hour
(inclusive of 25% casual loading)

What you’ll be doing

• Picking and packing beverage orders using an RF scanning system
• Riding a ride-on pallet jack through the warehouse
• Stacking pallets correctly and safely
• Wrapping pallets and placing them in the dispatch bay
• Working in a cold environment (3°C)
• Training provided - you'll be paired with a full-time team member for your first 2 days

Hours

• 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday
• Overtime available
• Weekends when required
• Possibility of afternoon shifts once trained

What We’re Looking For

• Fully available (no restricted hours)
• Physically fit - repetitive manual handling involved
• Able to work in a cold room in a long period of time
• Quick learner who enjoys a fast-paced role
• Previous picking/warehouse experience
• You must have a valid driver's licence (site not accessible via public transport)
