About the Role

In this hands-on role, you’ll ensure online orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time, while providing outstanding customer service. Whether you’re looking to build on your experience or start your career in eCommerce, this role offers a supportive environment with excellent opportunities for growth and development.

We are currently hiring for full-time position (permanent) , Monday to Friday, at our Cheltenham headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfilment: Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders in a timely manner.
• Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues via email, live chat, and social media platforms.
• Quality Control: Ensure all orders are accurate and address any discrepancies.
• Stock Management: Organise new stock arrivals and maintain inventory records.
• Courier Coordination: Liaise with courier companies to ensure seamless deliveries.
• Product Preparation: Assist with preparing customised items for customers.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.

• Computer Literacy: Competence with computers is essential; basic Photoshop skills are advantageous but not required.
