Job summary

Orchard Marketing is seeking an experienced, client-facing Producer to manage the day-to-day CGI workstream for a major account. You’ll be the primary client contact, coordinating briefs, timelines, and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality work on schedule.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in agency account management or producer roles, with strong written/verbal communication and experience handling multiple stakeholders. Availability before 2 November 2026 preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ agency experience in an account management or client-facing producer role.
• Creative or digital agency experience (automotive experience a plus).
• Proven ability to step into live accounts and build client trust quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including presenting to clients.
• Experience managing multiple client stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Solid financial management: estimates, scopes, change requests and forecasting.
• Strong organisation and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Availability to start prior to 2nd November 2026 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Working with creative and production teams to ensure concepts are feasible and delivered on time.
• Managing a steady volume of work across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Creating and overseeing estimates and scopes of work.
• Making sure all client work is charged accurately unless agreed otherwise.
• Identifying overages early and raising change requests promptly.
• Keeping financial reporting and forecasts for your accounts accurate and up to date.
• Flagging any significant changes in forecast as soon as they come up.

Job Description

We need an experienced, client-facing Producer to step into the day-to-day running of one of our CGI workstream on one of our most exciting accounts. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients and keep our work moving through the agency.
