Capgemini Australia is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Integration Senior Consultant to lead design, delivery and optimisation of integration solutions across Oracle Fusion and related ecosystems.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud applications and integration patterns.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP web services, XML, JSON, XSLT, and messaging technologies.
- Knowledge of Oracle SaaS applications such as ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, or EPM.
- Experience integrating Oracle and non‑Oracle platforms within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with stakeholder management and communication.
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or large‑scale transformation programs.
- Desirable: Oracle Integration Cloud certifications.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud‑native integration practices.
- Experience leading offshore or distributed delivery teams.

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable integration designs.
- Deliver integrations across Oracle Cloud applications including ERP, HCM, EPM, SCM and third‑party systems.
- Design and develop integrations using REST, SOAP, FTP, file‑based, and event‑driven architectures.
- Implement best practices for integration security, monitoring, performance and error handling.
- Support data migration, API management, and system interoperability initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior consultants and project teams.
- Participate in solution workshops, architecture reviews, estimation, and project planning.
- Contribute to pre‑sales activities including demonstrations, proposals, and client presentations.
