Capgemini is seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Lead to guide technical design and delivery across complex environments. You will drive customisations, data migrations, reporting, and system extensions, aligning with architectural standards and best practices.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders, mentor teams, and support upgrades and performance improvements, while leveraging Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and integration tools in a hybrid work setting.

Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Lead to lead the technical design and delivery of Oracle EBS solutions across complex enterprise environments. In this role, you will drive the development of customisations, integrations, data migrations, reporting, and system extensions, ensuring solutions align with business requirements, architectural standards, and best-practice design principles.

Working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and project teams, you will provide technical leadership across the delivery lifecycle, mentor development teams, and support successful Oracle transformation and optimisation initiatives.
