Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Integration Senior Consultant to lead design, delivery, and optimization of enterprise integrations across Oracle Fusion and broader tech ecosystems. You will drive integration strategies, secure patterns, and AI-enabled transformation.

You’ll provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, participate in solution workshops, and contribute to pre-sales efforts with demonstrations and proposals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering enterprise integration projects using OIC.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM and related apps.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, XML/JSON messaging and event-driven architectures.
• Experience leading consultants and client workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and deployment of OIC-based integrations across Oracle Cloud apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable integration designs.
• Deliver integrations across ERP, HCM, EPM, SCM and third-party systems.
• Design integrations using REST, SOAP, FTP, file-based and event-driven patterns.

As a trusted advisor to both business and technology stakeholders, you will play a key role in defining integration strategies, delivering scalable and secure solutions, and driving innovation through Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, event-driven architectures, and emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional teams to translate requirements into scalable integration designs.
• Deliver integrations across Oracle Cloud applications including ERP, HCM, EPM, SCM, and third-party systems.
• Design and develop integrations using REST, SOAP, FTP, file-based, and event-driven architectures.
• Implement best practices for integration security, monitoring, performance optimisation, and error handling.
• Support data migration, API management, and system interoperability initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior consultants and project team members.
• Participate in solution workshops, architecture reviews, estimation, and project planning activities.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, proposals, and client presentations.
• Stay current with Oracle Cloud innovation and emerging integration technologies.

About You

You will be a collaborative and client-focused consultant with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality business outcomes.

You'll bring:

• Extensive experience delivering integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud applications and integration patterns.
• Experience working with REST APIs, SOAP web services, XML, JSON, XSLT, and messaging technologies.
• Knowledge of Oracle SaaS applications such as ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, or EPM.
• Experience integrating Oracle and non-Oracle platforms within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve integration challenges.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in consulting, professional services, or large-scale transformation programs.

Desirable

• Oracle Integration Cloud certifications.
• Experience with Oracle Visual Builder, OCI services, API Gateway, or Oracle SOA Suite.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native integration practices.
• Experience leading offshore or distributed delivery teams.
