Job summary

Capgemini seeks an Oracle Fusion Projects Consultant to join our Sydney-based consulting team. You will help clients optimise project and financial operations through Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, shaping transformational solutions across complex programs.

You will design, implement, and deliver Oracle Projects modules, partner with stakeholders, and guide workshops and demonstrations to drive measurable business value.

• End-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation experience.

We're looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Projects Consultant to join our high-performing consulting team and play a key role in helping clients optimise their project and financial operations through Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across complex transformation programs, partnering with clients to design, implement, and deliver innovative Oracle Projects solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do

As an Oracle Fusion Projects Consultant, you will work closely with clients to design and implement solutions that streamline processes, improve visibility, and deliver tangible business benefits.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on process improvements and efficiencies achievable through Oracle Fusion Projects solutions.
• Partnering with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand requirements and design effective Oracle Projects solutions.
• Leading solution design workshops, providing product demonstrations, and guiding clients through key design decisions.
• Configuring and implementing Oracle Fusion Projects modules, including:
  • Project Costing
  • Project Billing
  • Project Management
  • Project Contracts
  • Producing functional design documentation and collaborating with technical teams on integrations, extensions, and reporting solutions.
• Supporting all phases of project delivery, including:
  • Discovery and Fit-Gap Analysis
  • Configuration
  • Testing
  • Data Migration
  • Training and Knowledge Transfer
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Go-Live and Hypercare Support
  • Transition to Support
  • Contributing to pre-sales activities, including solution design, requirements analysis, demonstrations, estimation, and resource planning.
  • Working effectively with both local and offshore delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Experience implementing Oracle Fusion Projects, including Project Costing, Billing, Project Management, and Project Contracts.
• End-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation experience across multiple project phases.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate requirements into practical system solutions.
• Experience with Oracle integrations, data migration, reporting, and testing activities.
• Ability to produce clear functional documentation and work closely with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience working with offshore teams and supporting successful project delivery.
