Job summary

MPC Cloud Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect to lead design, architecture, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions in Sydney. The role requires deep functional and architectural knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable, integrated designs.

Qualifications

• 12–16 years of overall experience with significant Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Solution Architect / HCM Architect / Senior HCM Consultant.
• Strong functional understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and HR business processes.
• Experience leading client workshops and managing senior business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the solution architecture and design for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and transformation programs.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and transformation objectives.
• Design end-to-end Oracle HCM solutions aligned with best practices and business needs.
• Provide functional and architectural leadership across multiple Oracle HCM modules.
• Lead solution workshops, requirement discussions, fit-gap analyses, and walkthroughs with clients.
• Define solution architecture covering module configuration, integrations, data flows, security, reporting, and landscape.
• Review designs to ensure scalability and architectural standards.
• Guide teams during implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using Oracle HCM capabilities.
• Support estimation, project planning, and presales activities as needed.
• Mentor Oracle HCM consultants with functional/architectural guidance.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect with strong expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules to lead solution design, architecture, and implementation initiatives in Sydney.

The ideal candidate should have strong functional and architectural knowledge of Oracle HCM and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, integrated, and best-practice Oracle HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the solution architecture and design for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and transformation programs.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand HR processes, business requirements, and transformation objectives.
• Design end-to-end Oracle HCM solutions aligned with Oracle best practices and business needs.
• Provide functional and architectural leadership across multiple Oracle HCM modules.
• Lead solution workshops, requirement discussions, fit-gap analysis, and solution walkthroughs with clients.
• Define solution architecture covering module configuration, integrations, data flows, security, reporting, and overall system landscape.
• Review functional and technical designs to ensure consistency, scalability, and adherence to architectural standards.
• Guide functional and technical teams during implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using Oracle HCM capabilities.
• Support estimation, project planning, solution proposals, and presales activities where required.
• Mentor and provide functional/architectural guidance to Oracle HCM consultants.

Required Oracle HCM Expertise

Strong expertise in multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules, preferably including:

• Oracle Core HR / Global Human Resources
• Oracle Talent Management
• Oracle Performance Management
• Oracle Compensation
• Oracle Workforce Management
• Oracle Absence Management
• Oracle Payroll

Candidates with strong expertise across multiple HCM modules and the ability to architect end-to-end Oracle HCM solutions will be preferred.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12–16 years of overall experience, with significant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Solution Architect / HCM Architect / Senior HCM Consultant.
• Strong functional understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and HR business processes.
• Experience in end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations.
• Strong solution design and architecture experience across multiple HCM modules.
• Experience leading client workshops and managing senior business stakeholders.
• Good understanding of Oracle HCM integrations, data migration, reporting, security, and technical architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide architectural direction.
• Experience working on large-scale or multi-country Oracle HCM programs is preferred.

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and HCM integrations.
