Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Lead to design and deliver Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions. You will lead projects, run workshops, and collaborate with business stakeholders to transform procurement, inventory, order management, planning, and logistics processes.

The role requires leadership of multiple implementations and the ability to mentor teams while engaging with Finance, HCM, and Data teams to enable end-to-end capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in Supply Chain consulting.
• 5+ years' experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
• Experience leading at least two full Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM modules, including: Procurement, Inventory Management, Cost Management, Order Management, Supply Planning.
• Experience managing stakeholders and leading consulting teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects.
• Run workshops to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
• Provide expertise across procurement, inventory, order management, planning, logistics, and manufacturing.
• Work with Finance, HCM, Data, Integration, Reporting, and Change teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Lead testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Manage stakeholders, risks, and project outcomes.
• Mentor consultants and support business development activities.
