Oracle Applications Support Consultant - HCM (E-Business Suite)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Applications Support Consultant (HCM – E-Business Suite) to join our team and provide post-implementation support as well as deliver small projects focused on enhancements and upgrades.

The role involves working with the following modules: HR, Payroll, Core HR, Talent.

  • Locations: Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne (Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days WFH)
  • Post-Implementation Support + Enhancements/Upgrades
Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional and technical support across Oracle HCM modules (HR, Payroll, Core HR, Talent).
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to resolve issues, streamline processes, and deliver system improvements.
  • Support ongoing system enhancements, upgrades, and configuration changes.
  • Assist with small project work including enhancements, new module rollouts, and integrations.
Requirements:
  • Strong Oracle E-Business HCM experience across HR, Payroll, Core HR, and Talent.
  • Background in both functional and technical consulting.
  • Solid post-implementation support experience.
  • Ability to work with business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
