Job summary

OPSM in NSW is looking for a recent graduate or experienced Optometrist to join our state relief team. You will work with world-class technology including Visual Field Analyser, OPTOS UWDRS and OCT, delivering exceptional patient care.

Enjoy a generous state relief loading, 5 weeks of annual leave, and a 3-day weekend every month while collaborating with supportive teams to maximise Eyecare revenue and overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or experienced Optometrist.
• Experience with eye examinations.
• Familiarity with Visual Field Analyser, OCT and Optos UWDRS is a plus.
• Excellent patient service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct eye examinations for a broad range of patients.
• Recommend lens solutions based on lifestyles.
• Explain lens technology and coatings to customers.
• Coach Graduate Optometrists in using technology.
• Support Medicare billing and Eyecare revenue with store leadership.
