George & Matilda Eyecare is seeking an Optometrist to join our busy Bribie Island and North Lakes practices. You will deliver comprehensive eye examinations, manage ocular health, and tailor eyewear solutions while maintaining a patient-first approach.

We value clinical independence on solo consulting days and collaboration with our team, plus ongoing Training and development, with a focus on high-quality eye care for our community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' clinical experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to patient-first care and professional growth.
• Confident practising both independently and within a team.
• Desirable: experience with dry eye management.

Responsabilités

• Deliver comprehensive eye examinations and ongoing eye health management.
• Diagnose and manage a broad range of ocular conditions.
• Recommend eyewear and contact lens solutions tailored to patients.

We're seeking a passionate Optometrist to join our established and growing team, working across our busy Bribie Island and North Lakes practices.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an Optometrist who brings:

• At least 3 years' clinical experience

• Experience in dry eye management (desirable)
