The position is casual or permanent part-time and requires willingness to work most Saturdays. Applicants must be permanent residents of Australia.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with excellent communication and listening skills.
• Willingness to learn optical lab tasks (cutting, tinting, repairs).
• Able to work as part of a team and on Saturdays.
• Ability to use own initiative and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Book appointments and process payments.
• Assist patients in choosing frames and lenses.
• Order prescription lenses and contact lenses.
• Perform optical lab tasks: cutting, fitting, tinting and repairs. Training provided.
