Job summary

Oscar Wylee is seeking an Optical Dispenser and Keyholder at Top Ryde Ryde NSW to provide expert eyewear styling and optical advice. You will dispense lenses and frames based on prescriptions from our Optometrists and help customers choose frames that suit their style and needs.

You’ll support the team to deliver strong store performance, handle opening and closing, and continue expanding your knowledge of eyewear, lenses and dispensing.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in the optical industry or 2+ years in retail sales.
• Available to work Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays.
• Reliable with store opening/closing responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Confident, proactive and good communicator.
• Enjoys building trusting relationships with customers and teammates.
• Positive, friendly approach and pride in delivering excellent service.
• Interested in developing optical knowledge and retail career.

About You

• Has 1+ years' experience in the optical industry, or 2+ years' retail sales experience
• Is available to work Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays
• Is reliable and comfortable with store opening and closing responsibilities
• Has strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills
• Is confident, proactive and communicates clearly
• Enjoys building trusting relationships with customers and teammates
• Brings a positive, friendly approach and takes pride in delivering excellent service
• Is interested in developing their optical knowledge and retail career
