Qualifications

• Experience in optics and hands-on customer-focused dispensing.
• Full training from basic to advanced dispensing is provided.
• Cert IV in Optical Dispensing is desired but not essential.

• Customer Experience Champion: Deliver unrivalled customer service and stay up to date on promotions and products and confidently explain contact lens specs and suitability.
