Job summary

Veolia Australia & New Zealand is hiring a HR Multi Driver to join our Waste team in Gladstone. You will operate a variety of collection vehicles as part of long‑term contracts, with development opportunities.

The role requires holding a HR licence (HC/MC desirable with development), a forklift licence, safety mindset, and good knowledge of Gladstone region. We offer flexible hybrid options, EAP, health cover discounts, and career progression.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a HR Multi Driver to join our Waste team in Gladstone 4680 who are interested in the opportunity to be trained in a variety of collection vehicles; Frontlift, Hook, Skip, and Liquid vehicles.

What you'll be responsible for

• Driving to various client sites
• Servicing long term contracts
• Collecting waste and recyclables
• Disposing of waste at the local disposal sites

What you'll need to be successful

• HR licence (Desirable HC/MC but development opportunities also available)
• Forklift licence (Desirable)
• Site medical (Desirable)
• MSIC desirable
• Ability to operate solid and liquid waste vehicles
• Experience with hazardous waste streams is desirable
• Good geographical knowledge of Gladstone and surrounding region
• Safety conscious mindset

Willingness to undergo a National Police Clearance and medical check relevant to the role.
