The Opportunity:

We have multiple exciting opportunities for experienced Glass Processing Operatorsacross various specializations. This is your chance to become a key player in a reputable company and work with cutting-edge technology in the glass industry.

We are looking for operators in the following areas:

• Tempering (Toughening) Glass Operator: Set up, operate, and monitor the glass tempering furnace to produce high-quality, safety-standard tempered glass.

• Waterjet Operator: Program, set up, and operate our waterjet cutting systems to execute complex and precise glass cuts.

• Insulated Glass Unit (IGU) Operator: Operate the automated line for the assembly of insulated glass units, including sealing and gas filling processes.

• Glass Cutting Operator: Operate manual and CNC glass cutting machines, interpret work orders, and ensure precise cutting to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain specialized glass processing machinery.

• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and specifications.

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards.

• Adhere to all company safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience as an operator in at least one of the following: Glass Tempering, Waterjet Cutting, IGU Manufacturing, or Glass Cutting.

• Ability to read measurements and use hand tools accurately.

• A strong focus on quality, safety, and attention to detail.

• Reliable, with a positive can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Previous experience with CNC machinery is highly regarded.
