Job summary

The Coles Group in Brisbane is seeking a proactive retail leader to oversee the online team, customer service, inventory and office in charge activities reporting to the Store Manager.

You will drive exceptional service, safeguard profitability, and oversee inventory processes and financial management for the store, partnering with colleagues to deliver results.

About the Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our online team, customer service team, inventory, and office in charge activities.

You’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and profitability of your store and a highly experienced retail professional, accountable for your store’s inventory processes and financial management activities.
